Each month, winners are selected at random, with prizes awarded as follows:

You can submit up to three videos per week, and each entry will be included in the monthly draw.

1. How to Enter


You can submit your video via WhatsApp, Dropbox, or any file transfer service of your choice. Please send your video in the highest quality available to ensure it looks its best when shared online (for example, selecting the “HD” option on WhatsApp is recommended).

2. Submission Deadlines


To be included in that week’s Friday video, entries must be submitted before midnight on Thursday. Any videos received after this time will automatically be entered into the following week’s competition.

3. Entry Limits


You may submit up to three (3) videos per week. Each valid video entry will be included in the monthly prize draw.

If you submit more than three (3) videos in a single week, we reserve the right to select which videos are included, including choosing what we consider to be the best three (3) entries, or using more than three (3) videos at our discretion for content purposes. However, regardless of how many videos are submitted or used, the maximum number of entries you will receive into the monthly draw is three (3) per week.

4. Monthly Draw & Winner Selection


The prize draw will take place on the last day of each month. Winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) will be selected at random using an online random generator. Details of the draw process and results can be provided upon request.

5. Winner Notification


Winners will be contacted directly via email or WhatsApp, depending on the method used to submit their entry.

6. Use of Submitted Content


By submitting a video, you grant us permission to use, share, publish, and display your video on our social media platforms and related channels.

We also reserve the right to edit your video to improve its quality or suitability for our platforms. This may include, but is not limited to, trimming the length, cropping the video, adjusting colour or exposure, or making other reasonable enhancements.

7. Branding


By entering the competition, you agree that we may add our logo or branding to your video before sharing it.

8. Ownership Rights


You will retain full ownership of your video and are free to use it however you wish. However, by submitting your video, you grant us a non-exclusive, ongoing right to use, reproduce, and share the content on our platforms.

9. Responsibility & Copyright


By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have the full rights and permission to share the video and grant us the rights outlined in these Terms. You also confirm that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright.

Any liability arising from copyright claims or disputes related to the submitted video will remain solely with the person who submitted it. By granting us permission to use your video, you accept responsibility for ensuring that you have all necessary permissions, and you agree that any claims should be directed to you as the content provider.

10. Eligibility & Entry Conditions


Entry into the competition is free. You will never be asked to pay to enter. However, please check your mobile data plan or internet usage before submitting large files, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred when uploading or sending your video.

The competition is open to anyone worldwide, regardless of amateur or professional status. Entries are accepted from all age groups; however, if you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian before entering.

Videos submitted do not need to be exclusive to Special Stage and may be shared elsewhere.

Entries are not open to anyone employed by Special Stage.

By entering, you agree that we may store the contact details you provide (such as your phone number or email address) for the purposes of administering the competition. This includes contacting you if you are selected as a winner and keeping a record of submissions in case of any future copyright claims or related issues.

We will only use your details for these purposes and will not use them for marketing or share them with any third parties.

We will keep your details only for as long as reasonably necessary to run the competition and deal with any related issues.

Special Stage is responsible for handling your data. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
